MARKFEST Presale Terms & Conditions

1. Presale Ticket Eligibility
   - Presale tickets are available exclusively to those who sign up between 1st April 2025 (12PM) and 14th June 2025.  
   - Only 100 presale tickets are available and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Ticket Reservation & Collection 
   - Only one presale ticket can be reserved per person per email.  
   - You can only reserve a ticket for yourself - each person must sign up individually using their own email. This is to prevent large amounts of tickets being withheld by one person and to prevent ticket touting. 
   - When collecting and paying for tickets, you can pick up multiple tickets (e.g., yours and your friends’), but you must confirm the email address associated with each ticket at the time of collection.  
   - Ensure your friends have sent you their email addresses if you’re picking up their tickets.
   - Presale tickets must be collected and paid for in person at The White Horse Inn between 1st June 2025 and 14th June 2025.

3. Payment & Pricing
   - Presale ticket price: £18 per person.  
   - Tickets must be paid for in cash, in full at the time of collection.  
   - During the event we do not have the facility to take card payments outside – please bring cash. 
   - Uncollected or unpaid tickets after 14th June 2025 will be reallocated for general sale.

4. Refunds & Transfers 
   - All presale tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable in terms of monetary value, this includes personal inability to attend.  However, you are more than welcome to sell your ticket as face value, give, give or donate it someone else.
   - If the event is cancelled by the organisers, full refunds will be issued.  
   - If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

General Event Terms (All ticket types)

Entry & Event Condition  
   - No ticket, no entry  
   - No outside food or drink is permitted – all food and drinks consumed on the premises must have been bought on the premises.  
   - Limited seating available – to guarantee yourself a seat, feel free to bring deck/beach chairs or picnic rugs.  
   - Once the sun goes down, it can get chilly – bring a coat, jumper, or blanket for later in the evening.

6. Behaviour & Event Policies
   - This is a family-friendly event– please treat others with respect and try not to overindulge if you can’t handle your alcohol.  
   - Any patron displaying disorderly or abusive behaviour will be removed from the event.  
   - The event will proceed rain or shine, unless extreme weather conditions make it unsafe.

7. Resale & Misuse
   - Reselling tickets at an inflated price is strictly prohibited.  
   - Tickets found to be resold or misused may be voided without refund.

8. Event Changes
   - The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the lineup, schedule, and venue setup if necessary.  
   - Any significant changes will be communicated via official White Horse Inn channels.
